Dynamic PSets Documentation¶

DynPSets is an API to support dynamic resource management in applications and libraries by providing resizeable MPI communicators using the DPP approach. Inspired by the DMR-API, DynPSets handles the dynamic process management, while leaving full control of data redistribution to the user.
